The next steps after requesting a quote or for someone to get in touch with you are usually:

  1. Technical Assessor reviews your contact request.
  2. Technical Assessor calls to discuss your request and ask for any additional information that may be required to prepare a no-risk, obligation free quote.
  3. Technical Assessor sends you the quote for you to review.
  4. If you approve the quote, you pay the deposit, an installation date is scheduled between you and your Installation Team.
  5. Installation Team installs your systems.
  6. Follow up call after 30 days to check everything is running smoothly and to discuss any questions you may have.

The reference price is set by the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) for a financial year in relation to electricity supply to residential customers in the distribution region and is based on an assumed annual usage amount.
