After some minor date juggling the Powerwall 3 Install was done very professionally with no surface conduits and wiring. Connected for the last 2 days to a 8.2kw Enphase system and provides blackout protection on a large part of the home. Tesla app is very clear and while some control enhancements would make it better, it is easy to use. For example- Would like to connect and charge other brand EV’s when getting solar generation and not grid.
So far so good.

I purchased the Tesla PowerWall 2 solar battery from Natural Solar I initially dealt with Rupen who is very knowledgeable and patient with answering all my questions & concerns I then dealt with Emmett when Rupen was not available I find Emmett very helpful and always follow up on issues raised unlike the Finance Department staff who are very keen in chasing my payment but short of following up with acknowledgement of receipt of full payment which is a major concern for me in this era of internet scams I am still waiting for the receipt today ! The PW2 battery was expertly installed today by Wayne without a hitch 5 * to Wayne Am now waiting for Engie to connect the VPP which “will happen within the next days“ Emmett promised to follow up with Engie -end of review 1

We inquired about adding a Tesla 2 battery to our system, then decided we weren't ready to purchase. Alan at Natural Solar was great - no pressure or hard sell. Really appreciated this. Six months later the batteries went on sale and we were ready. We picked up where our discussion with Alan left off and arranged it in no time. He is a pleasure to deal with. The installation team arrived when scheduled (amazing!). They were really polite, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly. They made sure I could see the battery charging on the app before they left. I recommend Natural Solar with no hesitation.

Excellent communication throughout the process. Installers were very professional and informative of the installation process, operation of the system and the app. Left the site clean and tidy. Easy company to work with especially since mine was a difficult install situation, all obstacles were overcome one by one and resulted in a PERFECT setup.

Purchased the Powerwall 2 battery, government rebate made it very good value. Adon helped make the process of claiming VPP rebates very easy too.
The installation was quick and well done.

Purchased the PW2 battery from Natural Solar. Emmett was easy to deal with and kept me updated on the install progress.
The installation itself was very professionally done. It is not even an exaggeration to say the installers Carson (Balm Electrical) and Selvanayagam left the site cleaner than it was before. How good is that. I cannot recommend Natural Solar enough if you are in the market for battery. Also, if at all possible, request for Carson and Selva. 5* team.

We had a very positive experience with Natural Solar. Rupen was very knowledgeable . They arranged an installer to come to our house a lot faster than we expected. Emmett followed up a couple of days after to see how everything went and if we had any questions at all, Emmitt also said if we needed to know anything in the future contact him and he will see how he can help.The installers were punctual, friendly and tidy. Everyone was knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. We Highly recommend them.Super fast and reliable and friendly.

I would not recommend natural solar they are good at first when it comes to installation no issues as I have seen in other reviews but when you need your solar fixed and serviced they leave you high and dry no emails returned no phone calls returned have been chasing them for 6 months to fix my inverter keeps on going in circles very frustrating typical answer I get they will call you back have spoken with just about everyone working there absolutely useless feed you a bunch of lies

From the first moment I contacted Natural Solar I was totally amazed at their professionalism, their very good pricing and the speed of processing my Powerwall request into its installation. The fact that they stock the Powerwalls in their own inventory allows for a lightning fast progression to the installation stage.

I was initially drawn to Natural Solar for their amazing price that tromped all over the other quotes that I had, and I am so glad I became a client.

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Jack Lucas who bent over backwards to make sure everything progressed smoothly.

I have no hesitation in recommending Natural Solar to anyone making the dive into a Solar Battery.

I was delighted with every aspect of the service I received from the Natural Solar team.

From my very first contact, staff were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure that I got my new Tesla battery promptly and the costing was fully explained to me. The installation went very smoothly and they explained clearly how it worked and how to operate the app.

Great experience with Natural Solar. Emmett was great and easy to deal with. From calling up on 2 July, the battery was installed on 12 July, was really expecting this to be a number of weeks wait time, so great outcome.

The installers did an amazing job, very neat and tidy and answered all my questions.

Great service, great product, definitely recommend.

We only contacted Natural Solar to get a 2nd quote since we were quite happy with Energy Australia who installed our solar panels last year. When I spoke to Shane (sales consultant) he was very easy to speak to and made the whole process so easy I decided to go with Natural Solar instead (the pricing was very similar between these two companies)

We paid a deposit and within 1-2 weeks they scheduled an installation. We live in a terrace so the installation was NOT easy at all. They had Michael, Kate, Olie and George on the day and they worked very well and they were very professional. They did an amazing job and they really tried to come up with the best possible solution for us. They did a very good job at the end and we are happy we went with NS. Thank you! We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

Emmett from Natural Solar was great to deal with and his communication was excellent. We initially wanted a Powerwall 2, Gateway and Gen3 Charger installed but came across some difficulties with the Gen3 Charger as our garage was underground and the installers would have had to drill through a waterproofed concrete slab, so we decided not to get the Gen3 Charger.
Natural Solar's quote was well below the other quotes that we received. The installers were also great to deal with and the job was very neat and tidy. We are incredibly happy with the way everything went.
We are extremely happy with the performance of the Powerwall and results speak for themselves. Since the installation, we have not used any grid power at all!
We'll definitely get a second Powerwall before summer so we can run our air con off grid as well!

Had an awesome experience with natural solar. Thanks to Rupen and Emmett.

Called them up on Thursday 25/01/2024 had battery installed Tuesday 30/01/2024.

Very pleased and highly recommend these guys, cheapest by far, no one else compared.

The installers did an amazing job, extremely neat and tidy. Extremely pleased.

Definitely hit them up if your looking into a solar battery 🔋.
